Board of Islamic Education (BIE) Goa affiliated “Children’s Arabic Classes” Margoa organized an annual gathering on 1st December 2014 at Al-Aman Complex,Margao. The chief guests of the programme were Mrs.Saira Banu (President of Women’s Wing JIH-GOA) and Mrs.Tabassum ( President of Women’s Wing JIH Margao).The programme started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Raihan – student of Arabic Classes. It was continued with the inaugural address by Mrs.Gulzar Parvin(Member of BIE) in which she stated the purpose of organising the programme is to see the development of children’s talents in the different Islamic aspects. She also appreciated the mothers who attended the programme and highlighted to them the value of learning Quran recitation properly. Later she also gave a brief introduction of different wings of jamaat-e-Islami Hind and also jamiat-us-salihat. The programme continued with Hadees, Hamd, Nazam,skits, and Qirat competition . Further the programme continued with prize distribution for the children who scored highest in the Exams conducted recently. Programme ended with the concluding address by the Chief Guest in which they appreciated the talents of children and guided them in gaining more Islamic knowledge. More than 50 students participated along with their mothers.
