Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIO), Valpoi Unit Organised a lecture session on the topic “ How to prepare for Exams” at Unit High School Valpoi on Saturday 13th Sept 2014. The Lecture is a part of series of lectures by SIO GOA ZONE across Goa on the topics of “Career Guidance” and “How to prepare for Exams”
The Lecture was organised for students of std 10th who are due to answer their exam this year. The preparations start as early as august and the students are under pressure to perform with good results. The Speaker Br Asif Hussain, Who is a Social Activist with specialisation on physcology and counselling addressed the students on various aspects of exam pressure. He clarified the various aspects of pressure during exams and how a student can ease the pressure by studying with a right study plan and time management. He also advised students not to study continuously for long duration without breaks which affect the health of students. He also stressed the point students should refresh their minds by helping others by way of charity etc.
The lecture was followed by Question and Answers by Students who had many queries about exam pressure. The Program Concluded by Vote of thanks by Student Suhera Khan.
