On 23rd of November BOARD OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION , Margao unit organised children’s day programme at AL AMAN HALL Margao. The chief guests of the programme were Mrs.Asmat khanum (member JIH), Mrs.Asiya Banu (Member Jih) and Qurratul Ain (member Jih)
Programme started with the recitation of the verses of the holy Quran by Mrs . Fareen shah (BIE teacher) And continued with the inaugural address by Mrs.Meenaz Bhanu (principal, Margao BIE unit) in which she told that purpose of organising the programme was to see the talents of the children in different islamic aspects like qirat, nazam, elocution and quiz. She encouraged the children to participate actively in the competitions .This was followed by different competitions including creating wealth out of waste and some entertaining games .Most of the children of BIE participated actively in the competitions and enjoyed the day. At the end of the programme prizes were distributed by the guests to the children who won the various competitions. Programme ended with the concluding address by the guests in which they appreciated the talents of children and stressed on the importance of BIE classes and they ebcouraged the children to learn the teachings of Bie classes whole heartedly and to apply those things in their life. More than 100 children attended the programme. By the grace of Allah SWT programme was quiet successful.
