Br. Altaf introducing BIE – Goa and its activities.
Board Of Islamic Education Goa held an “Effective Parenting” session on 25th Dec 2012 at Sahil Manzil , Miramar – Panjim. The initiative of BIE-Goa was to educate and equip the parents with knowledge and parenting tips to deal with the new challenges faced by them in grooming their children, in the fast changing social environment.
Br. Asif Hussain on role of parents
The program was well attended and the participants expressed enthusiasm towards the initiative of starting moral education classes for school children in Panjim. Br. Asif Hussain in his PPT presentation emphasized the role parents play in grooming the children in their formative years and advised the parents to be role models of the character they wish to see in their children. Br. Altaf introduced the BIE –Goa and its activities. He appreciated the interest shown by the residents of Panjim city towards moral and value education for their children. Mr. Abdul Wahid Khan Ameer-e-Halqa Goa in his concluding address stressed the need of every individual in society to play his or her role in helping the new generation to be exemplary individuals.
