Humanitarian Relief Society Goa has arranged “FOOD PACKETS” in advance to meet the needs of the poor and needy during Ramadhan 2016. “Sehri kit” which includes ration of one month for an entire family were distributed by HRS-GOA all over Goa at the start of the month to the poor and needy.
HRS-GOA volunteers are currently busy distributing “Idd Kits” which includes items required for idd celebrations like seviya, ghee, dry fruits, milk etc. HRS -Goa appealed to members of the community to pay the zakat-ul-fitra in advance to help them prepare the “Idd Kits ”
This initiative by HRS-GOA will help the less fortunate to participate in the idd celebrations.
