The Vasco Women’s Wing of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind visited the Chicalim Cottage Hospital on 9th Feb 2014. The visit was part of the Women’s Wing program to reach out to the patients in the hospital and express moral support.
The workers of JIH Womens Wing lead by Mrs. Nazmeen Khan visited the female ward and spent some time with patients. Prayers for the speedy recovery of patients were made and each one of them was consoled and asked to be patient during their sickness. Mrs. Nazmeen Khan while interacting with the patients asked them to avoid all those habits that affect their health. She emphasized the need for taking take of the health and stated that good health is a great gift from Allah and precautions need to be taken to preserve one’s health. Fruits were distributed to all the patients.
