A 2 days GIO PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CAMP was held from22nd to 24thNov. 2012. The camp was held under the theme “Why Am I a Muslim?”
The program started with Tazkirbil Quran on the topic Dawat e Ilaahi. In her inaugural address, Camp Organizer & All Goa GIO Coordinator, Mrs.Gulzar parvin stated that the motto of the camp was to make the cadres of GIO understand about the purpose of being a Muslim. After the inauguration there was mutual Introduction of all the cadres.
Besides Lectures, video shows, power point presentation, essay competitions and open discussion were also used to convey the message to the cadres.
Apart from Basic Issues of Tawheed, Risalat andAkhirat, the camp also dealt with topics such as Modesty, Universal brotherhood, Charity etc.
There was also an essay competition on the topic ADDICTION, which is a part of a campaign which will be held in January under the theme DE-ADDICTING GOA.
The camp was attended by 68 cadres.
